Pack Your Items
Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
